Fulfillment Center

Currently, all Trunksman orders are processed and shipped from our Main Warehouse in Metro Manila. This allows us to maintain strict quality control before your package leaves our doors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is picked up by the courier, a Tracking Number will be sent to your email or via SMS. You can use this number on the courier’s official website to monitor your package's journey.

If you haven't received your order after the estimated timeframe above, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can escalate the issue with the courier.

Urgent Deliveries (Rush Orders)

Need your Trunksman essentials urgently?

We offer Same-Day Delivery for customers within Metro Manila via third-party apps (Lalamove/Grab).
Please contact our Hotline or message us on Facebook/Instagram to check for availability and additional shipping costs for rush requests.
While we cannot guarantee 100% availability for all rush orders, we promise to do everything in our power to help you out.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Look out for our Free Shipping promotions for orders meeting the minimum spend requirement!

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please prepare the exact amount to help our riders stay on schedule.
