Welcome to Trunksman. To ensure a transparent shopping experience and protect your benefits, we have established the following terms and conditions for our promotional programs and discount codes.

General Rules for Discount Codes

Validity: Each discount code is valid only during the specified promotion period. Trunksman reserves the right to end a promotion early if the allocated quantity of codes is exhausted.
Applicability: Discount codes apply only to orders placed directly at trunksman.com.
Usage Limit: Unless otherwise stated, only one (01) discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined (stacked) with other coupons or ongoing automatic promotions.

Common Types of Promotions

Bundle Deals (Combo): Applied when purchasing specific quantities (e.g., Buy 3 Combo, Buy 5 Combo). The discount will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Direct Discounts: Deductions based on a specific amount or a percentage of the order value.
Free Gifts: Gift items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the order total.

Conditions and Restrictions

Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts do not apply to shipping fees unless a specific "Free Shipping" code or threshold is met.
In the event of a cancellation or return, the value of the used discount code will not be refunded or re-issued.

Returns & Exchanges for Promotional Items

Sale Items/Combos: We still support size/model exchanges according to our general Return Policy. However, items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Trunksman reserves the right to modify these terms or suspend promotional programs at any time without prior notice. Orders successfully placed before any changes will maintain their original promotional value.
