For products you have purchased at Trunksman

For products purchased at Trunksman, you can exchange or return items for any reason within 60 days of receiving them, up to 3 times per order, until you are satisfied. This includes items that have been washed or used.

Please note:

If you purchased products from e-commerce platforms, Trunksman will apply the e-commerce platform's exchange/return policy first. If the e-commerce platform's deadline has passed, you can request support directly from Trunksman's customer service!

Receive a confirmation from Trunksman regarding the product and delivery time.

Step 3

Once confirm, we will send you a new order (or retrieve the order), you just need to send the item you want to exchange/return to the shipper.

Once your Return – Refund request is confirmed as valid by Customer Service, Trunksman will process the refund according to the following procedure:

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Refund orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays.
After the refund order is processed, you will receive the money within approximately 24 business hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), depending on the bank.
The refund amount is the product value after deducting the 50PHP shipping fee (if applicable)

Note :

Trunksman reserves the right to discontinue supporting returns and refunds if it is discovered that the customer is using the policy for personal gain (such as exchanging items too many times).
For orders placed on e-commerce platforms, the return policy of the e-commerce platform will apply. However, if the return period of the e-commerce platform has expired, Trunksman's return policy will apply.
